After you create your profile, and submit it, you will need to go to the Membership page to choose your membership plan.

** NOTE **    We are not yet set up to take credit cards on-line.  We expect that to be completed shortly.  There are 3 options - you can include your credit card number with your Membership Plan and we will process it manually, you can call us with your credit card information, or you can send a check to our office.  If you have any questions or concerns please send us an E-Mail at info@8fordinner.com.
